Is there anything "close" to Kayako InstaAlert with v.4? We really liked this with version 3 - and have been using it for over 4yrs. (Can InstaAlert be made to work with v.4?) We want to have something that comes up on screen and stays there until we open the ticket, and plays a sound when a ticket is opened. What do you suggest?
