Issue on Create New Ticket on Kayako 4.76

    Hi guys,

    When I create a new ticket the custom fields values aren't inserted in swcustomfieldvalues.
    When I Edit the same ticket I've just created the custom fields are correctly populated.
    Can you please guide me where this insert it's actually made (I looked around but I have no clue of which class does the actual insert) or some hints on this ?
