Issue with switching tabs in Kayako Desktop

    Hi there,

    I am running Kayako Desktop 4.2.0.715 STABLE on Windows 10. All of a sudden I am not able to switch in between the chats by using CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB. I'm not able to close the chats by pressing the short commands either i.e CTRL+W to force close chats. It's working fine in my browser and in other applications.

    I have tried by checking the settings in KD as well as the settings in my OS without any success. Any tips is appreciated.
