Kayako 5: Voice App / integration?

    We're a long standing Kayako (now 4) on premise user. The arrival of V5 is an opportunity to review our support infrastructure. Do we stay or go?

    Ideally we want voice and our service desk to be joined up. Not having it has been an occasional discomfort for us and our customers. Zendesk has voice. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get V5 and voice working together?
