Does 4.2.0.698-BETA work with Windows 2003?

Brian, yes all builds going forward should work with Windows 2003. Only 4.2.0.696 had the incompatibility problem.

Is it possible to add the group list as per browsing, chatting, monitoring status and it should be real time change if any client come on website it would show status under browsing group but if will initiate the chat then it should be move under Chatting group

  8. I've been running the new Desktop version for the last 3 business days. It doesn't look like the scroll wheel controls the up/down movement.

    Hello,

We have just installed this as we were having the bug off agents showing offline when they were not

Now we have a new problem, customers are not seeing our chats on their side with this new beta client.

Thanks for the report, we are checking that out now.

Can you submit a ticket to support about those issues, as we are not sure they are directly related to the beta build, so support can check that out and then let us know

    Gary

You cannot run the BETA on an ultrabook PC running HD resolution screens. Example, 2560x1440 on 11".
The installer looks fine until you launch KD. Then forms are too small to read or content is not visible within forms.
This is not an issue if you switch to the production version (4.2.0.683).

Using VoIP , Unable to transfer calls to another staff member. During the call the option "transfer call->staff member" is displayed grey.

If you put KD on your third monitor, being able to scroll using your mouses wheel stops working.

You should not have released this update without addressing the high resolution problem.
You cannot run this version on tablets/ultrabooks with HD screens (ex. 2560 x 1440).
Text is too small to read and forms are out of proportion or unusable (missing buttons and content).

Was this a problem before the most recent update?

It has been an issue since initial beta. Switching back to .683 resolves it.
