kayako desktop 4.2.x and IE 11

    Hi,

    user can't copy one word to buffer
    they try to select a word, and the entire line is highlighted.
    "The text in Kayako is copied in bulk but not the part that we are trying to copy on that computer. The issue persists for all profiles whoever dare to occupy that computer"

    The problem is solved if I remove Internet Explorer 11. But I do not want to delete IE 11 :)

    What can I do? How fix that?

    What I try:
    Add Kayako url to trusted sites and internal sites
    Set IE compatibility mode for Kayako url

    It did not works for me
