Hi, users experiencing issues and lags with Kayako desktop. For some reason, it starts to work very slowly and if user dare to open a canned reply, it will not show up and user not able to do anything. Even if kill the process in taskmanager and restart it, I experience it again sometimes, until user transfer the chats to SME and kill it a few times again. Also experience it on any PC I am working from, even from home laptop, where it should be flying. This issue affects many users. Reinstalling the program and re-creating the profile does not fix the problem. How we can fix this problem or debug it?
