Kayako Desktop has stopped working.... alert message

    Hello, everytime i open the Kayako Desktop... this popup alert shows.

    I'm using Mac and installed Parallels to use windows on my Mac.
    in the beginning was working totally fine, but suddenly, without any changes in the setting...
    this alert show up. how come?

    please help!!!
    should I re-install the Kayako Desktop?
