Kayako Desktop OnSite on Win7 64-bit

    Hi,

    I have trouble when i try to connect with OnSite on PC with Win7 64-Bit, it´s unable to work on 64 bits architecture?

    Hi,

    It was a known defect and has already been resolved in version v4.68. You may upgrade your Kayako product to latest build or do the following:

    1. Download the new 'OnSite' Installer from the following link

    2. Replace the same under ‘__swift/onsite/bin’ directory.

    3. Rebuild help desk cache with the URL. For example:
    http://help_desk_URL/staff/index.php?/Core/Default/RebuildCache
