Kayako Desktop unable to connect

    Hello everyone.
    I'm using last stable version of Kayako Desktop. Since i change address of kayako server to external domain(e.g. support.domain.com), which is via port-mapping rule on proxy server is sending me to local address (kayako.domain.local), desktop can't connect.
    in event log it shows me error

    proxy server rule
    at the top of all rules i have such one
    any > firewall > http/https > allow > port-map kayako.domain.local

    i'm tried from my local network, from outside (my home network, where is no any proxy-servers, direct cable connection), but there is no chance, it shows me connection error.
    With web access to kayako server via external domain address there is no problem.
    Could anyone provide me with this problem?

    Problem solved. Localized file livesupport.php have been saved in UTF-8, it should in UTF-8 without BOM. That's all.
