kayakok desktop on ipad

    I have put the kayako mobile app on my iphone and have add the helpdesk. However when oening the app it appears for just 1 second and immediately closes again shozing very brief a connection error. can you help me?

    Hi Vicky

    That's most likely related to a crash bug we have identified when some of our customers connect to their helpdesks. It's a nasty one, but we've resolved it in the latest update which we hope Apple will approve in the coming couple of days :)
