KDFM - stuck queue

    I downloaded the mac app and then I went to test it and initiated a chat myself and now for the past 3 days I'm stuck in the queue even though don't have browser open any more... I've tried closing app and reopening, I've went offline mode and then available again..(see attached screenshot).. also when I check logs I have all this...

    Where is all the other features in windows version line VOIP, etc.......

    Hi there,
    If you connect to the account with Kayako Desktop for Windows, do you also see the "test" chat?
    Also, if you restart the computer does it go away? (I'm trying to determine if it's something "stuck" on the server, or on your local machine)

    Regarding VoIP and other features, we're currently discussing internally how to proceed with these. We will likely do things a bit differently than the Windows version though. So I don't have much to say other than "stay tuned".
