Currently process of building KB with images lack some basic functions & logic. Functions: If I'm not mistaken there is no way to upload images from WYSIWYG to Kayako directly. Logic: If we want to create basic KB for website help, we need: take a screenshot save to HDD upload to server paste URL into wysiwyg This process could be easily reduced to 1 action with usage of the tool similar to Jira Bonfire
