Knowledge Base image upload / capture

    Currently process of building KB with images lack some basic functions & logic.

    Functions:
    If I'm not mistaken there is no way to upload images from WYSIWYG to Kayako directly.


    Logic:
    If we want to create basic KB for website help, we need:
    1. take a screenshot
    2. save to HDD
    3. upload to server
    4. paste URL into wysiwyg
    This process could be easily reduced to 1 action with usage of the tool similar to Jira Bonfire

    Is Kayako interested in adding this way important feature at all?

    We are starting to build up our knowledge bank after recently purchasing Kayako. Kayako is the absolute business as far as I'm concerned - it is so well designed and implemented! The current KB feature is pretty good - I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and a proper integration with a file manager (e.g. image upload) would move it up to an 8 or a 9 out of 10. There are a few other quirks - sometimes when I paste in text from a MS Word document some text doesn't paste in at all so you have to proof read the whole thing before you re-format.
