    Hello,

    Where would I find the location from which I can edit and relocate both text lines "Live Chat Software by Kayako" and "Help Desk Software par Kayako Fusion" please?

    To edit the lines you need to have a branding free license from Kayako. You can find the text under the "header" template -- Admin CP > Templates > General > header
