    Looking for assistance in writing multiple, complex reports in Kayako. Has anyone worked successfully with consultants or vendors on something similar?

    I am sure there are many in the market place who can assist with writing reports. Have you tried Kayako support? ( support.kayako.com ) as we do have dedicated report writing staff that can probably help.
