    We are using Kayako download version since several years, we are on version (

    Two days ago, suddenly we stopped receiving any ticket from our customers when sending emails to our piped email that shall open tickets. And when someone send email, he will receive a mail delivery failure directly as below (full delivery failure content is attached):

    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
      pipe to |/home/osense/public_html/support/console/index.php
        generated by support@o-sense.com
        local delivery failed
    The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:
    ------ pipe to |/home/osense/public_html/support/console/index.php
           generated by support@o-sense.com ------

    Can anyone guide me how to solve this? I already put permission 755 to the index.php file for the console.

    GoDaddy's support is so primitive that they can barely know if they did something to the host or not !

    Appreciate your fast response.

    After some investigation, the issue is in the (class.SWIFT_Router.php) file, in the GetURI function exactly below...

    if (($_SWIFT->Interface->GetInterface() == SWIFT_Interface::INTERFACE_CONSOLE || $_SWIFT->Interface->GetInterface() == SWIFT_Interface::INTERFACE_SETUP) && isset($GLOBALS['argv'][1]))
    I dont know why the (isset($GLOBALS['argv'][1])) return false now.

    Any help?
