Make Quick Search Case Insensitive

    Hi All,
    I have two questions with Kayako Classic.

    1) Is it possible to make the Quick Search case insensitive? (I'm referring to the search box above quick filter pane where all the departments and statuses)

    2) The Quick Search appears to search the Knowledge base and Users as well. I want it to just search tickets. Is this possible?
