    Any news about this? Last post was Nov 30th 2010 saying you were working on it - an update for a much needed feature would be appreciated.

    My company is just thinking about getting V4, so how slow is it? and what are some major issues you've encountered? Thanks in advance.

    This feature will make in the next build planned around end of April (tentative)

    It is good to know... so what other feature(s) / tool(s) will be added in this update tentatively for late April? Also, is there some kind of RSS feed I can subscribe to, to keep up with all future updates or Kayako news? Thanks in advance.
