Merge tickets

    You know how it happens: you've this one client who mails four times for the same or very similar questions. Or a bug has developed and you get mails from a bunch of clients. Now there's multiple tickets for the same issue. According to a more experienced collegue this used to be possible, but I cannot find how to merge multiple tickets into one.

    Hey there,

    Indeed, the ability to merge cases is not there right now, but we are working on adding it :)
