Merging Large Scale of incoming tickets

    I'm trying to find out if there is any features or code that may automatically merge tickets that come in under the same subject with the same contents. I'm particularly interested in adding this to Kayako Fusion 4, I have alerts that fire directly to the ticketing system and if something goes extremely wrong, tickets fly into the system and I have to manually merge pages of tickets, I would like a process to do it automatically.

    If this hasn't been created, I'm wondering if anyone may know if Its a good idea to try making it myself and if it will work precisely as I am describing, with good results and no slowness issues.
