Missing billing features "time spent", "time billable"

    Hi again,
    I can't find the billing features in new Kayako. Are they removed?

    It's on the list of things that are not yet available, but are coming.

    This is a day one blocker for us.

    Note to the Kayako staff, maybe you can explore Toggl integration with this? (I was looking at a possible pull request to the Chrome ext covering Kayako some weeks back)

    Wait what - you cannot keep track of spent time on a case/ticket?

  5. I second the Toggl integration since those will generate separate reports for me when I am working from home and need progress saved via the ticket system and not my hourly.
