This goes for all the mobile apps -- You need a setup option to configure the default ticket list to show Organization, not Name. Name is practically useless to us. If we can't see the Organization, we don't really know who the customer is. Currently Organization isn't listed anywhere. Or you should display Name/Organization by default even if Organization gets truncated. Example: John Doe/Acme Compa Best solution -- include a setup option to select Organization/Name versus Name/Organization as your preference.
