Need to oursoruce supoprt

    We're a small software company in the US looking to outsource our support desk. We use Kayako hosted support solution with about 10 years of support history built up. We have a small user base that needs someone available during the day to answer questions, respond to inquires and provide live chat. If you can use our Kayako system and provide a support desk outsource rep located in the US I would like to talk to you.

    We never received a response to our post. I'm still looking for a third party outsource support person.

    I have found that there is a 3rd party service (kayako-solutions.com) provided on the official site. Maybe someone can try this.
    I think it is hard to find a 3rd party outsource support service without official authorization due to the source code is available only for paid users.
