Need to outsource our Kayako support

    We're a small software developer. We don't receive enough tickets or chats to staff our support desk. We would like to have someone log into our support desk to monitor incoming tickets to provide human response. Reply if you offer this service or if you have a way to support our software using Kayako. Thx
