+1 , We have a Parent Organization e.g. Bobs Tools and then up to 50 sub organizations (Locations) all with there own users and remote connection/site setup details, but one overall manager whom would be expected to oversee all tickets. This would help our support center a lot.

+1 we would also like to see this feature. It would be a huge help in managing our enterprise level customers.

+1 for this. It is exactly what we require to be able to differentiate between multiple support contracts depending on the organisations multi-office location.

    Is this not yet planned?

This is a distinguishing USP of your rival products and is now a target item for us on reasons why Kayako is not performing for us.

Being able to see hierarchy correctly is important due to our product audience. We have in some cases 7 of the same organisation (3 are children of another, 1 a child of another and a standalone).

This becomes unbearably difficult to validate who is who.

Also, any update on where this sits on the road-map? Next version?

Sorry for the double-post, the site reported that the first attempt failed and needed a 15-second wait before posting!

That would be very useful for my organization as well. Its part of what I see as a growth in Kayako towards better support of corporate-facing helpdesks as opposed to consumer-facing.
