Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Would you like to see Kayako have the ability to use TRUE NPS?

    With Customer Service being the real differentiator in this day & age, it is surprising that Kayako does not do TRUE NPS.

    NPS requires your users to rate your organization on a scale of 0-10 with 0-6 being detractors, 7-8 being passive and 9-10 being promoter.

    Kayako currently uses a star-system which only allows you to use 1-8 as the rating scale. The true NPS question is, "How likely are you to recommend 'company name' to a friend or colleague"

    This is a must in the industry of providing Customer Service and Support.

    Please update Kayako to allow a 0-10 rating with Radio buttons.
