New Live Chat Initiated - Not true

    So we've recently switched to Kayako LiveChat over our previous chat app. I'm noticing that we're getting alerts in Kayako Desktop that state a new live chat has been initiated (see below), however there is no chat in the queue. Why is the Desktop Manager popping up these alerts if there is in-fact no new live chat?


    We're on Desktop Manager version: Kayako Desktop STABLE
    With Kayako Fusion On-Prem version: 4.73.3

    Hi there Velasdad,

    We will need to check your server, it is possible that the sessions table is not clearing, so you are seeing old chat requests. ( can happen if there is insufficient access to MySQL, or it is in strict mode)

    If you create a case at support.kayako.com we can login and take a look for you.
