No user found with cell number

    We are using Kayako Desktop with VOIP numbers (SIP accounts). Everything is working fine, but when someone calls - kayako shows alert "No user found with cell number, A user with the cell phone number couldn't be found.."

    But caller is correctly recognized, because call event is assigned to that particular user account (profile -> calls tab). We tried every notation of phone number, always call event shows in user accout properly but Kayako Desktop shows "No user found with cell number" during conversation.

    Ok, restarting Kayako resolved problem ;)

    We face the same issue, very often.

    Some times its okay after restarting, but sometimes it persists.

    Can we resolve that issue ?
