online online email submission and reply

    How to change the setting so clients have to submit ticket online and reply online
    they just receive email that a reply has been made to their ticket etc

    make an autoresponder on every mail saying "please use our helpdesk gui to access your tickets via this link https://support.lolkek.com" and discard the email in rules of email parser in admin interface
