Open proactive chat window based on events

    Hello there!

    Does anyone know if it's possible to open a proactive chat window based on an event on a webpage?

    This is what I want to do:

    I have a website with a payment page (the page where the customer enters his billing information). If the transaction doesn't go through, I'd like to open a Chat Window with a predefined message. Something like "We've noticed that your CC was declined. Do you need any assistance?". And if the customer types something, one of the agents gets the conversation.

    Have you seen this with kayako? Is it possible?
