Completed Option to create a new ticket from user's profile

    It would be great to be able to insert a ticket directly from a user's profile. Staff often find themselves looking at a user's profile and then need to create a ticket (we handle a lot of phone tickets). We would like to be able to just insert a new ticket that has pre-populated that individual as the user. It would be a nice time saver.

    This is a feature that I would like to see soon as well. As a phone based support center many times we end up with multiple user profiles for the same user because of spelling changes. It would be nice if new tickets could be created by clicking a button in the user profile instead.

    C'mon, planned for 3 year and still nothing? This would be a killer feature, speeding up tickets creation.

    This feature has not been planned for years, we have only recently marked it as a planned feature, it will be coming with our next major release of Kayako :)

    Hi there,

    will this be implemented in the K4?
    We paid in March for software support and updates for the next 12 months ! So for K4 download customers it is not completed at all !!
