Organisation tickets are not shown for the user with Manager role

    Hi,

    I am running latest version of Kayako in a testing lab. I have created an organisation, assigned domain to it (let's say gmail.com) and sent a test email from @gmail.com account. Ticket is created, however when the user (with the Manager role) logs this ticket is not shown.

    Is there something I am missing?
