I'd like to be able to post notifications to staff within the Staff CP. I don't want to send out e-mails, etc. I'd like to have items/messages for the staff to read when they login to the staff CP. Is such a system available? If not, please consider it a suggestion. We need a tool to communicate with staff within the help desk, post notices, etc.
It looks like "Private news" is the key. Just hope people don't do like I do and link their favorite to the ticket listing. Would nice if there was an alert/popup for new news that must be read/acknowledged.
