Hi, I've deleted all default priorities and made 3 new ones. Every single priority has a different color. My last priority (high) contains #FF00000 as Foreground Color. In the overview (Admin CP >> Tickets >> Priorities) it's showing me the correct 3 colors (so I see the priority High in a red color). When I want to submit a new ticket I see the correct 3 priorities but it aint showing me the colors. By priority 1 and 2 (low and normal) it's showing the correct colors but by priority 3 (high) it aint. How to solve this?
Hi Dynadata, Please try and rebuild your cache; ../staff/index.php?_ca=rebuildcache. And see if the problem persists.
Have you tried making a forced cache deletion? Delete all the contents of the "cache" folder via FTP (before backing up the contents just in case), then clean all your cache and temporary internet files from your browser. Please tell me if this worked.
I tried: - index.php?_ca=rebuildcache - cleared the cache of my browser - deleted everything in the cache folder from kayako None of the above things helped.
After the tip from Dewak to check the database table my eye noticed something different by the third priority. The color code was "#FF00000". As you see it's one "0" to much. Still it shows me the red color by "Admin CP >> Tickets >> Manage Priorities". I suppose this is a bug. Because when the color code is wrong (like #FF00000) it should not show me a red color.... Hope this issue will be solved in the next version. TIP: You can solve this issue by setting a max. of 7 characters in the input field.
Great! I'm glad you were able to fix the issue. A cool feature will be to have a javascript pop up color palette. This way the user will pick the color from a palette and won't have to deal with annoying hexa color codes. Best
