Privacy Policy on SubmitTicketForm

My SubmitTicketForm works as well.

But now on submit it show error message like this : Privacy Policy Required

How can I solve it. I do not know the field name for Privacy Policy.

Any code examples?

You need to contact Kayako support at https://support.kayako.com with the URL and access to your helpdesk

 

The same problem here very bad update need to fix a lot and we didn't know that they are going to update it.

 

The new update adds support for GDPR changes due to which you are seeing this error. Restore the templates and it should fix the issue.

Probably need to reinstall the templates.
