    Any news on this one?
    We have a 4.70 installation that we need to start archiving historic data from.

    Hi there,

    The script I posted will still work, along with the API version which was posted here too.

    There is no way within the admin CP to do this atm. historic data should not be making the helpdesk perform slowly.
