Quick filters: add new

    When viewing tickets, on the lefts side of the page are the quick filters. Under general, there is 'open' and 'closed'. I once added a new, custom filter, via the admin. But I have been searching for some time but I can't find where I did it! I have been searching through the help pages online for an hour, but still no luck.

    Anybody know?

    Hi there,

    If you wish to add a filter, you can goto Staff CP, tickets menu, click on the little arrow next to "filters" and then choose manage filters.
