Rebuilding Cache Problems

    We recently changed our product url, and then had to revert back (made the 2nd change directly in the database).

    However, the system URLs won't work correctly, even though they are what was used originally (without issues). I'm assuming I need to rebuild the cache, however the URLs to the cache rebuild tool that are referenced elsewhere in this forum don't work.

    Is there a way to manually rebuild the cache directly via the web host and database? Or a tool (file of some sort) that's available somewhere.
