Recent NEWS in new ticket auto-reply?

    This was a huge feature, is it gone? Great way to pass important info to those contacting us, share new version release info, etc.

    It is still there, but there is a bug in the very latest version that prevents it being sent out in some circumstances. We are fixing it in the next update, due very soon.

    Where do you enable this? Is is primarily a tagline to click thru to current News?

    Tickets / Settings in the "Mail Settings" section, bottom setting
