Relative paths

I have installed PHP AD LDAP Authenticator and it works well.
The problem I have is that I have 2 ways to connect to the helpdesk.
one is for our companyusers: supportdomain/staff for example and the other one are for external users. They go to the address externalsupportdomain/staff.

Both addresses points to the same installation but this is how it's setup in our company to have it secure.
The thing is that this makes the loginshare to break. It works for internal use but not external.

    My question is:
Can I use relative paths in the loginshare-setting in kayako or does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.
