Remove Time Worked and Billable Time from reply tab

    The product I have is "Fusion" and the version is

    I do not allow the techs to access the Billing tab, we have a customization that tracks how long the ticket is open and when they update the reply tab it adds the timed worked to the ticket. However, there is a Time Worked and a Billable time entry boxes on the reply tab (Just under the Reply Contents" box).

    I have been trying to find a way to either remove these boxes or disable them and I can seem to find a way.
    Is this possible or will it require a some custom code.

    I do not think that is setting based. Would require code change.
