Report of every closed cases in 5.4.2017 is specific department?

    Hi,

    I need a report of every ticket that is closed 5.4.2017 in specific department but I am familiar with the KQL to set specific date?
    It would be even better if there could be by specific person?

    Example: all tickets closed 5.4.2017 in DepartmentX and closed by UserX
