    Hey All,

Recently our former Jr. Systems Admin performed the Kayako upgrade to 4.92.0 before he left the company.
Most of the functionality is still running strong for our small Help Desk team, however the Supervisor brought up an interesting predicament - he could not run any standard built-in Kayako Reports.

Unfortunately the team is running into a number of KQL errors, though the KQL2Parser seems to be the most frequent (please see attached screenshot). I am a bit rough on my understanding of SQL, and even rougher still on KQL Syntax.

Is the :2161 identifying the row where the array poses a problem? If so, when navigating to the row I do notice a // FIXME: Swap args - would anyone be able to assist me in my ignorance?
