Restricting Permissions for New Use Group

    Hi Guys,

    We've recently set up a new Department that we don't want having access to anything aside from viewing and responding to Tickets. This means we need to restrict access to everything in the Staff Portal aside from the Tickets tab. So no access to knowledge base, reports, users and news. Is there a way to do this in the Admin portal?
