Excellent work done by SupportSkins, extremely happy with the results. Had one issue when the skin was installed, this was solved within 10 minutes. This turned out to be a misconfiguration on my end, and had nothing to do with SupportSkins.

When will you start doing Kayako V4 Customizations?

Chess.com is upgrading to v4 - Kayako Fusion. We are in need of a Kayako developer / designer who can help us create and install a Chess.com-themed skin.

I'm now the proud owner of a fantastic looking skin. We upgraded recently to v4 Fusion and at the same time decided that it would be nice to customise it so it ties in with our web site, and we are very happy with both the result and also the prompt responsiveness too.

The skin is at http://support.consultingtools.net and you can see it ties in neatly with our web site http://www.consultingtools.co.uk - we were able to add a Support button straight in to the support system to keep it integrated.

Well, I don't really know what else can be said about SupportSkins.Com after all these positive reviews/comments all over this thread, only thing I can say is that I am extremely happy with the work they have done with my support desk skin. It is just a PERFECT MATCH to our site. Work has been performed in a timely manner and communication has been excellent!!!

Way to go SupportSkins!! You sure deserve all these great reviews.
