Hi, about the live chat, it will record who is viewing certain pages now but it seems kayako will not record those record as history ? if the vistor leave the site,all the records are gone. is it possible you create a feature to record all the browsing records, by the way,we can use it to analyze what ever the visitors browsed. thank you
