    Looks like this idea was scrapped by K other then editing your submit ticket template.
    That helps if you want customers to submit recordings of problems they are having, but for us the greater value would be in ticket replies.
    When a customer asks how to do something or resolve an issue, an operator replies with a screencast link demonstrating the resolution.
    You'd also want ability to insert a growing library of screencasts into KB articles.
