Server Freeze by Browsing Knowledgebase on Support Center

    I have a sever freeze problem by browsing knowledgebase on Support Center after upgrading to V4.
    Once this problem happened, all connections to the Support Web become slow.
    This problem is not occured by browsing knowledgebase in Staff CP.
    Could you help me?

    Environment
    IIS6.0 + PHP5.2.9.9 + Fusion4.40.1079

    Hi there,

    We also had that kind of issue with the client support center, in the end, it turned out that using the client front end was actually crashing our fastcgi process.

    we changed our IIS over to php 5.3 with Ioncube and never had any issues after that.
