Hi, Right now, when I activate a filter, then instead of the 'Results are filtered' message, I get a message saying something like 'Filter' + name of the filter + 'is active'. But this works only straight after activating the filter. When I go into a ticket and then back into the grid view of the tickets list, I only get the standard message 'Results are filtered'. How can I change the 'Results are filtered' even after reloading the message list? Guess it is not as easy as the first part Thanks, Rob
