Show ticket filters left side, as in 3.5 ?

    Hi, just upgrader to Fusion 4.72.2, from 3.5
    We had in 3.5 a perfect setup with left side showing custom filter showing client domain names. This way we could easily navigate thru our client-tickets by using that. Is this still possible? How?

    Hey!

    The feature you are looking for belongs to version 3. I am afraid that it is not available in version 4! You need to click on 'Filters' under 'Manage Tickets' and can use them. On another hand, you can make use of 'Tags' in version 4 to categorize similar kind of tickets. With tags, you need a simple one click to list out the tickets having this tag on them under 'Tag Cloud' in Staff interface.
